Music Education
The Music Education program at Quincy University prepares students to become a music teacher on any level, from Elementary general music to Middle or High School Band or Choir. The majority of the music education courses are taught in area K-12 classrooms so that our students gain hands-on experinece throughout their college experience.
Admission to the University does not constitute entrance into the music program. All students wishing to major in music must audition before members of the music faculty prior to acceptance as a music major.
